This site is run by North Zone Construction LLC (“North Zone,” “we,” “us”). Nick Grass is the owner and lead contractor.

The site describes fencing, decks, remodels, and general construction in Liberty, Kearney, Excelsior Springs, Gladstone, Smithville, Clay County, and the Kansas City Northland. Those descriptions are general.

“If you can dream it,” “no shortcuts,” and “built to last” are not a promise that every job is possible, not a completion date, and not a warranty.

Sending the request form, or calling or texting the shop, does not create a price, a start date, or a contract.

Work starts only when both sides accept a separate written agreement that states the scope and the price. Permits, if any, are handled as that agreement says.

You may not misuse the site or send unlawful content through the form.
